An EPC is currently valid for 10 years where the property is to be let or, since 1^st October 2008, valid for 3 years for any properties to be offered for sale.

Extensive previous experience in undertaking residential surveys ensures that we are well placed to provide EPC’s to a consistent quality standard. As you would expect properties will be inspected in a courteous and professional manner. 

Also, being members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the BRE Global Domestic Energy Assessor Accreditation Scheme should be a further reassurance.
