RICS Level 2 Home Survey Report (survey only)

This will give you more information about the condition of the property you are buying or selling than a Level 1 Report. It is best for a conventional house, flat, or bungalow. It includes advice on major repairs and maintenance and basic information about issues in the local area and the energy efficiency of the property.

RICS Level 2 Home Survey Report (survey & valuation)

In addition to everything incorporated in the RICS Level 2 Home Survey Report (survey only), this survey and valuation report includes advice on the 'market value'.  A floor area and insurance reinstatement figure is also provided and a list of any issues that may significantly affect the value of the property.
